The Korea World Class Enterprise Association(KWCA) cooperated with Israel's Yozma Group to promote overseas expansion of domestic companies, create new growth engines such as business cooperation and technology transfer, and secure opportunities for global expansion.

On the 6th, the KWCA said, "We visited Israel for 7 days and 5 nights from 31 of the last month to find new growth engines through exchanges with Israeli innovative and promising companies," adding, "Last year, Korea became the first Asian country to sign a free trade agreement(FTA) with Israel, marking the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Israel."

The KWCA is an organization to promote growth by sharing strategies among about 300 small and medium-sized and middle-standing companies selected for the government's "World Class Project". The organization regularly visits promising overseas companies and research institutes to cooperate with each other on global expansion.

This year, about 20 companies, including Dongjin Semichem, Kolmar Korea, Nepes, Vitzrocell, Shinyoung, Unitech, and Daesung Hitech, participated in the meeting with the Israeli economy minister. They also visited the world's top 3 major basic science research centers, 'Weizmann Institute of Science ' and 'Yozma Innovation Center' with annual technology transfer-derived sales of $30 billion (about 39.5 trillion won).
